Employing both colors and geometries common in her hometown of Caracas, Venezuela, she seeks to contrast the country's tropical beauty and past prosperity with its current deterioration, violence, and decline. Having come from family of physicians, Alejandra is also interested in processes of degeneration and regeneration and sometimes creates fantastical biological microworlds and deities to explore these aspects of human experience.

Rafael Carrero is a seasoned Sound Engineer and Events Producer with extensive experience in recording studios, live sound, video production, lighting, and staging for theaters across Venezuela, the United States, and other countries. With over 20 years of professional experience, he has worked with renowned symphony orchestras, including the Venezuelan Symphony Orchestra and the Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra, both part of the acclaimed “Sistema de Orquestas y Coros de Venezuela” founded by Antonio Abreu. His work with these ensembles includes live concert production both nationally and internationally, as well as numerous audio recordings. Rafael has also collaborated with a wide range of musical artists and groups spanning genres such as Latin, pop, rock, and traditional music, earning three Latin Grammy Award nominations. In the audiovisual field, he has produced high-quality video content for prominent institutions including the Portuguese and Italian Embassies in Venezuela, CAF, and the Camerata Renacentista de Caracas. In 2017, he launched the Toco y Me Voy project, a YouTube channel featuring over 55 live music recordings captured in unconventional spaces, preserving and celebrating Latin American music through innovative audiovisual storytelling.
